JR is a fantastic agent. He is very helpful and positive, as well as fair to everyone involved in the process. I always felt like we were in good hands with JR. As an agent he is always available, getting back to you if you have any questions or concerns in a prompt manner. I highly recommend JR as an agent. In our case he did take on a situation, manufactured homes in a place where residents don't actually own the land -- but do own their home -- despite not being that familiar with the arrangement. He caught on fast, was willing to tackle our situation and we had success. I guess in a nutshell JR takes a lot of the stress of selling or buying a home out of the process.
